Over the last 25 years, I have had the opportunity to work with a wide array of individuals and companies to establish services, complete projects, and develop business solutions that have created long term impact for clients, staff, and the organizations I have served. I am a high energy, thought leader who believes that remarkable success comes from a commitment to common vision, values, and a team atmosphere where everyone works together to achieve their mission. I created and streamlined process and procedures for compliance, worked with government agencies to address regulation, managed multiple projects from concept to bidding bringing them in under the timeline and budget, and forged lasting relationships with other organizations and contractors. One of the greatest accolades I received was being recognized for Outstanding Leadership. My accounting experience over the last 20 years has been to analyze financial records and transactions, ensuring that revenue was being collected and invoices were paid. I reviewed, trained, and added controls to ensure our accounting process was accurate and complete. I created budgets that addressed variances and met the needs of the organizations I served. I completed cost analysis of opportunities to better forecast organizational needs and create new revenue streams.
