I earned the privilege of representing taxpayers before the IRS by passing a three-part comprehensive test covering individual and business tax returns and hold the highest credential the IRS awards. To maintain this elite status, I adhere to Circular 230 ethical standards and complete 24 hours of continuing education courses yearly. Like attorneys and CPAs, I have unlimited practice rights. This means unrestricted as to who I may represent, what types of tax matters can be handled, and which tax authority I can represent clients before, including all US states.
